are inspected at various stages of the process. We are committed to continuous

DAMAGED / LOST GOODS IN TRANSIT

OurG Pty Ltd is not accountable for lost or damaged goods during
transit - no refunds or credit notes are given if this occurs. Our delivery service is done by an outsourced third party, in which an order can be tracked.

CLAIMS & RETURNS

A Customer will be responsible for immediate examination of the Goods upon arrival at their destination and will be taken to have accepted Goods received by it as being in accordance with its order unless it notifies
the Company in writing of its claim within 7 days from the date of receipt of the Goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy alters your rights under the
Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, if your product is in original condition, including all tags and packaging and has not been mishandled, we may agree to exchange your product for a replacement item, if the request is made within 7 days of the original purchase. This decision is at our sole discretion. [We
will not provide an exchange for sale items if you change your mind]. The exchange of a product only relates to the specific product and not the entire order.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is where the item:

Is unsafe;

Is significantly different from the sample or description; or

Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t easily be fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a
reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Your Proof of Purchase (i.e. your Receipt or Tax Invoice) will be required for all returns and exchanges.

In the event of the Company agreeing to accept a return of Goods, the return the Goods must be in their original condition including all
packaging, as at the time of their sale. These shall
be returned to the Company at the expense of the Customer, and the Company shall credit the Customer's account with an amount equal to ninety (90) per centum of the invoiced value of the returned Goods.
